It is dominating the market by focusing on premium high-end products.
From a strategic point of view, the high-end premium audio market has little change and has a long product replacement cycle. As a result, Bowers & Wilkins' profit structure deteriorated due to difficulties in generating new profits.

We suggested that Bowers & Wilkins make fashionable products like B&O.
Monitors equipped with portable speakers, Bluetooth earphones and premium sound bars have increased consumer preference since the pandemic. Considering market trends, people who enjoy movies, games, music, and media every day
I proposed a portable Bluetooth speaker. It has a solid metal body and a natural leather belt with a wavy pattern reflecting Bowers & Wilkins' premium is the point of the design. This product was carried out just before mass production after the equipment design was completed. However, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bowers & Wilkins went bankrupt due to poor management and was suspended just before production.

We charged the cost related to mock-up, CMF development, and Packaging design development, but most of the people in charge could not be contacted.

We are still willing to charge Bowers & Wilkins for the design cost because we have not received compensation (Bowers & Wilkins went bankrupt early in the pandemic and is now normalizing). I haven't received the cost of designing with them yet
